Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay
Co-FounderMr. Rajesh Upadhyay is an IIM-Calcutta alumnus and seasoned BFSI professional with over two decades of experience across Banking, Fintech Business, Channel Distribution, Payments Business, Financial Inclusion Programs, and Institutional Partnerships.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with leading institutions including Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Manipal Technologies — playing a pivotal role in driving sales excellence, operational efficiency, business development, customer acquisition, and large-scale program management.
With strong expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, operations leadership, and cross-functional execution, he has successfully led high-impact initiatives that strengthened business growth and profitability. His expertise spans business development, product distribution, fintech partnerships, program management, P&L ownership, and RBI compliance-led business frameworks.
Dr. Alok Gupta is a seasoned fintech and payments industry leader with nearly three decades of experience across banking, digital payments, financial inclusion, merchant acquiring, prepaid instruments, payment aggregation, and distribution-led financial services ecosystems.
He has been actively involved in advising, building, and scaling multiple banking and fintech-led business initiatives spanning digital payment ecosystems, Business Correspondent (BC) and assisted banking models, AePS, DMT, merchant acquiring, prepaid business frameworks, banking partnerships, and technology-driven financial services platforms.
His experience in driving regulated financial services businesses, coupled with strong expertise in operational scalability, regulatory alignment, commercial structuring, and technology-led financial ecosystems, brings significant strategic and execution value to every engagement.
